Terms and Conditions
Rules for using Novrana digital software products, account access, product licensing, and transaction terms.
Effective date: June 12, 2026
1. Grant of License
Novrana grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased digital software product solely for their own internal business or personal operations. The customer must not illegally modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works, resell, sublicense, or grant third-party access without prior written consent from Novrana.
2. Proprietary Rights
The software product, platform, dashboard, templates, underlying code, documentation, branding, and product experience remain the exclusive property of Novrana or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content and are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use that content.
3. Fees and Payments (Fees)
Customers agree to pay the displayed product price, license fee, or subscription fee in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for local product purchases, or in US Dollars (USD) or other supported global currencies for international software access where available. International transactions may be processed by an authorized Merchant of Record. Stated fees may exclude applicable taxes unless taxes are calculated and collected by the applicable payment provider. Novrana may update product pricing from time to time.
4. Customer Content Warranties (Your Obligations and Warranties)
Customers warrant that any content, email copy, audience data, templates, files, or materials uploaded to the product do not contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or malicious code. Content must not violate law, infringe third-party rights, contain threats, harassment, pornographic material, defamation, spam, or other illegal material in any jurisdiction where the product is accessed.
5. Support & Security
Novrana provides standard product support through official contact channels and takes commercially reasonable steps to protect account access, product data, and server interactions. Product support covers account access, billing questions, product usage, and issue reporting for purchased digital software products.
6. Terms of Termination
Novrana may suspend or terminate product access if a customer endangers platform security, violates these terms, misuses the product, fails to pay, abuses payment protection mechanisms, or uses the product for unlawful activity. Upon termination, access to paid features may be revoked and outstanding amounts may remain due.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, payments are generally final once product access, a license, template access, or account entitlement has been issued. Refunds may be considered if Novrana or the applicable Merchant of Record fails to make the purchased product access available, or where required by applicable law.
8. Applicable Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For global users, transactions may also be governed by the rules and dispute resolution guidelines of the applicable authorized Merchant of Record. Any disputes arising from or related to local Indonesian product transactions will be settled through competent judicial authorities in Indonesia.
