Refund Policy

Refund and return policy for Novrana digital software products, account access, and product licenses.

Effective date: June 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to Novrana digital software products, account access, templates, product licenses, and product plans ordered through Novrana Hub.

2. Digital Products and Licenses

After digital access, licenses, templates, dashboards, or product entitlements are issued to the customer, payments are generally final and non-refundable unless Novrana or the applicable Merchant of Record completely fails to make the purchased product access available, or a refund is required by law.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

For subscription products, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by the applicable Merchant of Record. Access may remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, product access failure, or other exceptional cases reviewed by Novrana or the applicable Merchant of Record. Taxes, payment processing effects, or third-party charges may be handled according to the payment provider's rules.

5. Customer Cancellation

Customers may stop using the product at any time. For recurring plans, cancellation prevents future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already been paid and made available.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted to official@novrana.com with the invoice number, account email, payment date, refund reason, and supporting evidence. For global orders processed by an authorized Merchant of Record, customers may also use the buyer support channel provided for that transaction.

7. Currency and Refund Method

Local Indonesia product transactions are processed and refunded in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through local payment gateways. International transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) or other supported currencies. If an international refund is approved, it will be returned in the original payment currency through the applicable authorized Merchant of Record in accordance with their terms.
